HOW WE RUN IT

How We Keep Dragon Tiger Fair and Transparent

Every Dragon Tiger table we carry uses a physical card shoe shuffled live on camera — there is no RNG involved. The dealer draws in full view, and the result is locked the moment both cards are shown. We source tables only from studios that publish their shuffle and dealing procedures, so you can see exactly how each hand is conducted.

Physical Card Shoe, Live Camera Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live deal from a real shoe on a real table. The camera angle covers the full draw so every card is visible to you before the result is called.
Provider-Certified RTP Displayed In-Table RTP data appears on the table info panel where the studio has published it. We do not add our own figures — only what the provider has formally certified shows up.
Full Hand History in Your Account Every Dragon Tiger round you play is logged under your account's bet history with round ID, card values, outcome and stake. You can check any round at any time.
Studio-Level Audit by Providers Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both undergo independent audits of their dealing procedures and card management. We carry only studios that meet those published standards.

kukup carries Dragon Tiger tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, each streamed in HD from dedicated studio floors. You pick a seat, place your wager on Dragon, Tiger or Tie, and the dealer draws one card to each side — the round wraps in under thirty seconds. Some tables also expose Suit bets and Perfect Pair side markets, which expand your

round options without changing the core simplicity. Players in Subang Jaya and across Malaysia reach these tables through the mobile browser with no app download needed. RTP figures are shown directly on the table interface where the provider exposes them — we do not publish figures the provider has not certified.

TABLE HELP PATHS

Get Help While You Play Live Dragon Tiger

If a live Dragon Tiger round drops mid-hand, or you need to confirm a bet that did not register, our support channels are there for you. Reach us through live chat directly from the game lobby, or raise a ticket from your account dashboard. We handle table disputes by pulling the hand log from the provider — Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both maintain full session records that we can reference to resolve any query.

Live Chat from the Lobby Open the chat icon inside the Dragon Tiger table view. You stay at the table while our team checks your query against the live session log from the provider.
Account Dashboard Ticket Log into your kukup account, head to the support section and raise a table dispute ticket. Attach the round ID shown in your bet history for a faster resolution.
Disconnection and Void Rounds If your connection drops mid-deal, the round outcome is still recorded on the provider's server. Our team retrieves that result and credits or voids the bet accordingly.

Dragon Tiger Terms Every Player Should Know

New to Dragon Tiger or just want to confirm what a term means before you sit down? These plain-language definitions cover the core vocabulary you will see at our tables.

What is the Dragon bet in Dragon Tiger?

The Dragon bet is a wager that the card dealt to the Dragon position will rank higher than the card dealt to Tiger. It pays even money when Dragon wins the hand outright.

What does a Tie result mean in Dragon Tiger?

A Tie occurs when both Dragon and Tiger receive a card of identical rank. Most tables return only half your Dragon or Tiger stake on a Tie, while a dedicated Tie bet pays at higher odds.

What is a Suit bet in Dragon Tiger?

A Suit bet lets you wager on which suit — Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs or Spades — the Dragon or Tiger card will be. It is a side bet available on select tables, not part of the main Dragon versus Tiger outcome.

What does RTP mean at a Dragon Tiger table?

RTP stands for Return to Player. It is the percentage of all bets a table returns to players over many rounds. The figure is set by the studio and shown in the table info panel where the provider has published it.

What is a Perfect Pair side bet in Dragon Tiger?

A Perfect Pair side bet pays when the card on the chosen side matches a specific rank-and-suit combination. It is an optional market on certain Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables, separate from the main hand result.

What does the card shoe mean in a live Dragon Tiger game?

The card shoe is the physical holder from which the live dealer draws cards one at a time. In Dragon Tiger, one card comes from the shoe for Dragon and one for Tiger, conducted fully on camera.
