Explore What Our Live Tables Offer

Our live dealer lobby is organised by table type so you can move fast. Baccarat rooms from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live run across multiple speed variants — standard, speed and squeeze. Dragon Tiger sits alongside them for shorter rounds. Roulette tables include Lightning Roulette, where multipliers are drawn before the spin. Blackjack seats are open across standard and VIP-stake rooms. Players

in Subang Jaya reach the lobby directly from the mobile browser with no extra steps. Every stream runs in HD, and the dealer audio is clear enough to follow without headphones.

HOW WE RUN TABLES

How We Keep Our Live Lobby Fair

Every live dealer title in our lobby is streamed directly from the studio of its provider — Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live or PG Soft. We do not host proprietary streams or modify game rules. Table outcomes are determined by the provider's physical equipment and dealing procedures, which are audited at the studio level. Access is available where local law permits.

Studio-Direct Streams

All live dealer video feeds come unmodified from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and PG Soft studios. We receive the stream as certified — no local re-encoding that could affect game integrity.

Provider-Audited Outcomes

Round results are generated by the provider's physical cards, wheels and dealing staff. Audit records sit with the provider, and RTP information is shown where the studio exposes it inside the game interface.

Account Verification Before Withdrawal

Before a live dealer win reaches your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay account, identity verification confirms the account belongs to you — a straightforward step that protects your funds.

Transparent Table Limits

Each live table displays its minimum and maximum stake before you sit. There are no hidden adjustments — the limits shown at the table entry screen are the ones that apply to your round.

LOBBY HELP PATHS

Get Help While You Are at the Table

If something interrupts your live session — a dropped stream, a round that did not settle, or an account query mid-game — our support channels are here. Reach us through live chat, email or your in-account help tab. All three paths cover live dealer issues specifically, not just general account queries.

Live Chat Open the chat icon while you are inside the live dealer lobby. An agent picks up the query and can check your round history or stream status without you leaving the page.
Email Support Send a round reference number and your account ID to our support address. We trace unsettled live dealer bets and reply with a clear status update for your records.
In-Account Help Tab Your account panel has a dedicated help tab where you can log a live dealer issue, attach a screenshot and track the ticket status without switching to a separate page.

Live Dealer Terms You Should Know

New to live dealer tables or just want to confirm what a term means before you sit? These are the definitions Malaysia players ask about most when navigating the live lobby.

01
What is a live dealer game?

A live dealer game is a casino table hosted by a real human dealer in a studio, streamed to your device in real time. You place bets on screen; the physical outcome — card or wheel — is broadcast live.

02
What does RTP mean in live dealer games?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage a game pays back over many rounds. For live tables, RTP is set by the studio. It is shown inside the game interface only where the provider publishes it.

03
What is a squeeze in Live Baccarat?

A squeeze is a dealing style where the dealer slowly reveals the card corners for dramatic effect. It does not change the odds or outcome — it is purely a presentation feature available in select baccarat rooms.

04
What is a Lightning multiplier in Lightning Roulette?

Before each spin in Lightning Roulette, up to five numbers are struck with a multiplier between 50x and 500x. If the ball lands on a multiplied number and you have a straight-up bet on it, your payout reflects the multiplier.

05
What does 'no more bets' mean at a live table?

No more bets is the dealer's call that closes the betting window before the outcome is decided. Once announced, no new wagers or changes are accepted for that round — existing bets stand as placed.

06
What is a side bet in live blackjack?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main blackjack hand. Common examples include Perfect Pairs and 21+3. Side bets are settled independently of the main hand result and carry their own odds.

Common Questions About Our Live Dealer Lobby

These are the questions we hear most from Malaysia players before and after they open a live dealer session on kukup. Short, direct answers — no filler.

Our lobby carries tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and PG Soft. Each studio brings different room styles — Evolution for flagship live tables, Pragmatic Play Live for speed variants, PG Soft for Asian-themed dealer rooms including Dragon Tiger.

The live dealer lobby loads through your mobile browser without a separate download. Open kukup, log in and tap the live casino section. The table stream adjusts to your screen size — landscape mode gives you the clearest dealer view.

Deposit using Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay from your account wallet page. Once the funds show in your account balance, head to the live dealer lobby and choose your table — your chip value is drawn from that balance.

If your connection drops mid-round, the bet you placed before the disconnect still stands. Once you reconnect and reload the lobby, the round result will be settled in your account history. Contact live chat if the result does not appear.

Most Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables run continuously, including overnight. A small number of dedicated rooms have scheduled opening hours — those are noted in the table lobby before you enter.

Access to the live dealer lobby depends on your region and local law. Where local law permits, Malaysia players can join live tables after completing account verification. Check eligibility from your account dashboard.
